Tiki Tactics
A tactics roguelike that respects a fifteen-minute window.
Why it exists
Tactics games usually ask for an evening. Tiki Tactics asks for fifteen minutes and still lets you lose a veteran forever. Runs are six encounters long, every guardian you awaken changes the rules of the next fight, and the save state is a single resumable turn.
The design brief was written against a commute: readable at arm's length, pausable mid-turn, and playable with sound off. Everything else — the volcano that reshapes the map, the relic drafting, the three-way loyalty system — grew out of keeping that constraint intact.

What makes it work
Six-encounter runs
A full roguelike arc — draft, escalate, boss — compressed into the length of a coffee queue, with turn-level resume.
Awakened guardians
Twelve tiki guardians, each rewriting one core rule for the rest of the run. No two clears share a strategy.
Permanent squads
Fighters carry scars, nicknames and grudges between runs. Losing one costs something you cannot buy back.
Readable at a glance
High-contrast silhouettes, colour-blind-safe threat markers and a full text mode for every icon in the game.
